Guillermina Castellanos Women's Collective Assistant

Guillermina Castellanos is a day laborer and co-founder and coordinadora of the Women's Collective of the Day Labor Program. As coordinadora, she facilitates job development and other trainings and is an organizer in the Household Worker Rights Campaign. She is also a member a board member of the National Day Labor Organizing Network. Guillermina is an immigrant from Jalisco, Mexico. From 1995-2001, Guillermina was a staff coordinator with Mujeres Unidas Y Activas, a Latina immigrant women's empowerment organization in the Bay Area.
